8th meeting of Expert Group on reducing the administrative burden on entrepreneurs

This year´s last meeting of the Expert Group on reducing the administrative burden on entrepreneurs was held at the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In the introduction, the Director of the Department of Ecology Pavlina Kulhánková informed about the status of implementation of measures in the field of environment and highlighted the first year of the ongoing national competition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade called Transforming waste into resources, which includes a number of categories, such as enterprises, public authorities, municipalities, schools or leisure facilities.
It was followed by a discussion on being solved and proposed ideas. Tomáš Sýkora from the Chamber of Commerce presented the current development of the project of Legal electronic system that is being created by the Chamber of Commerce. Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade submitted information on the carrying out re-measurement of the administrative urden on businesses this year and further steps planned. A brief overview of the approach to better regulation in in selected European countries and information of the membership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the voluntary working group Better Regulation Network.
Participants were also informed about the fulfilment of the task of establishing anti-bureaucratic commissions in Ministries coordinated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Next meeting of the Expert Group on Reducing the Administrative Burden on entrepreneurs will be held next spring.
