Permission granting conditions

The authorisation can be issued if:

  • the laboratory manager demonstrates his professional qualification,
  • the laboratory is situated in adequate space and is equipped according to the regulations,
  • seed testing is done in compliance with methods stated by the regulations and under official supervision

Application requirements

These are applicant’s identification data, information about education level reached, list of species or groups of species for which the authorisation shall be granted, and the time of experience within the required field of operations and its description.

Requirements connected to provision of services by the provider from a different Member state

Citizens coming form EU Member States have to meet the same conditions as Czech Republic citizens.

In recognition of professional qualification or other qualification of Member State citizens the proceedings follow Act No. 18/2004 Coll., on professional qualification recognition and other qualifications of EU Member States’ citizens and on change of several acts (Act on professional qualification recognition), as subsequently amended.
