The document contains detailed information on terms of posting workers to EU member states including local conditions of employment. Each member state is described its notification duty, competent institutions for particular steps incl. contacts, data to be notified, sanctions for not complying with the regulations, etc.

Notification duty

Notification of posted workers is an obligation of the client in Slovenia, who shall do so at the place where the work is to be performed using the TUJ-5 form „Prijava izvajanja storitev državljanov EU, EGS in švicarske kofederacije ter njihovih družinskih članov“.

Data to be notified

  • 1. number of posted workers
  • 2. type of work
  • 3. place and length of work
  • 4. declaration that posted workers from third countries have a status in the state where the employer is headquartered
  • 5. personal data on entrusted posted worker who will be in charge of contacts between the foreign employer and the competent inspection entities

Maximum length of working time

  • 8 hours a day, a maximum of 10 hours a day where necessary
  • overtime of a maximum of 8 hours a week, 20 hours a month and 170 hours a year

Minimum length of a rest period

30 minutes of a rest period after every four hours of work

Minimum length of holidays

4 weeks, i. e. 20 days

Minimum wage

The minimum monthly salary is 597.43 EUR
