A new version of the electronic Point of Single Contact (PSC) in English was launched this April.
We believe that we have managed to create a truly functional and user-friendly tool that will help Czech and European entrepreneurs with the orientation on the EU internal market and start running a business in the Czech Republic.
The new version of PSC was designed in accordance with the requirements of the Charter for the electronic Points of Single Contact under the Services Directive and we hope that it will meet the demands of the business community. This e-government tool was created by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic in cooperation with the CzechTrade Agency.
Points of Single Contact (PSCs) operate at 15 Trade License Offices in all regions of the Czech Republic and are available in the electronic form on the website www.businessinfo.cz/en/psc.html.
The Czech PSCs help entrepreneurs who are citizens of the EU and who plan to offer their services to customers in the Czech Republic or in other EU´s states. To this end, the PSCs provide entrepreneurs the relevant information they need to start or expand their businesses and facilitate their dealing with appropriate licensing authorities. PSCs are part of a European network and therefore they are able to help in case of doing business in other Member States in the EU.
