Yes. However, the under mentioned offices do not obstruct posting workers with excessive control and only require documents proving that the employee has a social and health insurance in another state. The described procedure does not, in any case, include authorisation or detaining.
The notification of posting in continental Portugal shall be done with a competent District Social Security Centre or so-called Loja do Cidadao which is a centre for citizens where standard life situations, certificates and documents are handled (in order to diminish the bureaucracy).
