Establishment of private museums can be done in several ways. Here are the basic ones:
      1) Standard commercial intent.
The establishment and operation of the museum will act as though you do business in any other industry. You find a suitable trade between courses free trades.
Basic information about the dissolution of a company, see the following articles:

      2) Museum, via a non-profit civil associations, foundations and the like.
In this case it is necessary to establish clearly conceived nonprofit corporation. It depends on many things your intention that I know.

    Hi!

My name is Rafal and I’m thinking about starting a hoisery distribution business – I would like to order hoisery in East Europe and just move it to other parts of Europe
. I know that it may sound silly, but I’ve checked the prices (for example – http://easyfiore.com/index.php?main_page=products_options&option=rodzaj&option_value=5&language=en ) and check what are the prices in CZ then even when add shipping it’s still much cheaper.

I can win with chinese hosiery with a quality, but I'm not sure if it's enough - how do you think?

    The only problems are:
    1) legal matters – I’m not sure, and I need to check if any permits or anything like that is necessary
    2) I’m not a target of those products, so I may not know what is in fashion now :/ on the other hand it shouldn’t be sooo difficult – right?

How do you think, may I win with chinese hoisery?
