Photo-incision of single side copper clad halogen free FR4 plates for ATLAS BI-RPC project.
This technical specification concerns the photo-incision and surface
protective treatment of 738 single side copper clad halogen free FR4 plates,
that CERN will use for the construction of the BIL-RPC trigger chambers
for the upgrade project of the ATLAS experiment at CERN. CERN will
provide the FR4 plates in seven different geometries.
The delivery of the pre-series units, the first batch and the overall Supply is
foreseen over four weeks, eight weeks and 36 weeks from notification of the
Contract.
