Scope

The Decree regulates: a) statutory contents of the report on activities performed for protective purposes, b) schedules of highly dangerous, dangerous and less dangerous chemicals, c) facilities where highly dangerous chemicals can be produced, d) statutory contents of the report on highly dangerous, dangerous and less dangerous chemicals handling and on production of discrete organic chemicals, e) concentration of dangerous chemical and less dangerous chemical in mixture with other substances and packaging method of the products with the contents of dangerous chemicals and less dangerous chemicals for the purpose of reporting and transfers, f) details regarding keeping the register of highly dangerous, dangerous and less dangerous chemicals.
