Main requirements that the business user needs to know about

Obligations for manufacturers, distributors, importers and their authorized representatives. Assessment of the conformity of the properties of the products with the essential requirements in terms of their suitability for the intended use, using the conformity assessment procedure set out for individual products in Annex 2 to this Order.
