A foreign (guest) insolvency practitioner is appointed if this is appropriate, justified and temporary.
The position of insolvency practitioner may be filled by what is known as a ‘guest’ insolvency practitioner.
The rotating assignment mechanism is not used to appoint a guest insolvency practitioner.
