Available services for the education of entrepreneurs in consumer law.
The Businessinfo.cz portal was set up for entrepreneurs to provide them with access to a comprehensive set of information important for business - it also contains an explanation of consumer legislation available online.
Non-profit consumer organisations (such as dTest) and the Czech Trade Inspection Authority regularly organise courses for the business community. Entrepreneurs can also get a lot of information about consumer rights on its website, where consumer rights are clearly explained.
There is also a wide range of paid courses and training offered by private entities that can be used by entrepreneurs.
