Main information about the service

As the holder of a relevant licence for doing business in the energy sector, you are obliged under the Energy Act immediately to notify the Energy Regulatory Office (ERÚ) of any change in the data and documents specified as prerequisites for applying for an energy sector licence award, i.e., you must submit documents about these changes and apply for an amendment to the licence award decision.

Under the Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Office is authorised to amend a licence award decision based on an application from the holder of the relevant licence.

The administrative fee for electronic submission of an application to amend a licence award decision is:

CZK 1,000

for any licence amendment, including extending the licence at the licence holder’s request, except for any changes relating to changes already made in the basic registers.

  •  one or more revenue stamps,
  • bank transfer to the Energy Regulatory Office’s bank account
