Main information about the service
The Czech Mining Authority assigns a three-digit numerical code to each place of production of explosives, upon request
- an organization that produces the explosive, if the place of production of explosives is located in the territory of the Czech Republic,
- an organization that manufactures explosives and is established in the territory of the European Union, if the place of production of explosives is located outside the territory of the European Union and the explosives are imported into the Czech Republic, or
- an organization that imports explosives into the Czech Republic, if the manufacturer of this explosive is not established in a Member State of the European Union and the place of production of explosives is located outside the territory of the European Union.
An organization is an entrepreneur (legal entity or natural entrepreneur) handling explosives; organization will submit an application, which will be decided by the Czech Mining Authority.

What do you need when solving the service electronically
Scanned request (if sent via data box), or an electronic version of the notification bearing an electronic signature. The same applies to the annexes to the submission.
