When mining exclusive/reserved deposits, the mining organization is obliged to create financial reserves for remediation, reclamation and settlement of mining damages. To ensure these purposes, the organization may draw on the funds generated, with the permission of the district mining authority.

How to get the service
What do you need when solving the service electronically
It is necessary to submit a scanned application (in case of submission by data box), or its electronic version provided with an electronic signature, or an application via the public portal AIS SBS.
It is necessary to attach related documentation to the application. The application can be submitted only by an entrepreneur who is a (mining) organization in the sense of the Mining Act.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
It is necessary to apply to the District Mining Authority; this step can also be done electronically (e-mail, data message). Submission is also possible via the public AIS SBS portal.
The decision may also be issued electronically by the district mining authority to the applicant.
