Main information about the service
The operation of the storage site and its changes are permitted by the district mining authority, based on the operator's request. In the permit, the district mining authority stipulates, among other things, the conditions for depositing mining waste, the method of solving the creation of a reserve of funds, the method of inspections and monitoring of the storage site and measures to terminate the operation of the storage site and for its remediation and reclamation.

What do you need when solving the service electronically
It is necessary to submit a scanned application (in case of submission by data box), or its electronic version provided with an electronic signature, or an application via the public portal AIS SBS.
It is necessary to attach related documentation to the application. .
For the electronic solution of the service it is necessary to have an electronic description, e-mail, or data box.
Where and how to solve the service electronically
It is necessary to apply to the District Mining Authority; this step can also be done electronically (e-mail, data message). Submission is also possible via the public AIS SBS portal.
The decision may also be issued electronically by the district mining authority to the applicant.
