Main information about the service
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, with the consent of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of the Environment, the Czech Mining Authority and the municipality in whose territory the exclusive deposits are mined, may pardon the fee from the extracted minerals at the taxpayer's request, if the taxpayer proves to the request that the mine or quarry was affected by an accident at the mined exclusive deposit and the accident caused material damage, or lost profit in the amount of at least 70% of the fee for extracted minerals for the previous compensation period; the application must be substantiated by a certificate from the relevant district mining authority.

What do you need when solving the service electronically
It is necessary to submit a scanned application (in case of submission by data box), or the electronic version fitted with an electronic signature.
There are no forms, the application has a free form.

It is necessary to make an application to the Ministry of Industry and Trade; this step can also be done electronically (e-mail, data message).
The Ministry may also send the decision to the applicant electronically.
