Provision of semi managed ICT services in the domains of user support, on-premise infrastructure and maintenance for Eurojust specific projects.

The Information Management Unit (IMU) works under the responsibility of the Head of Unit in the Resources Department and supports Eurojust’s missions by providing ICT systems for administrative processes, maintaining and evolving the Eurojust ICT Infrastructure development and providing user support to Eurojust stakeholders and postholders. The core tasks are:
– Analysis, development, and implementation of all administrative tools and systems, including their evolutive maintenance;
– Develop, support and deliver the ICT services to approximately 400 users managing technical services composed of network, infrastructure and client hardware and software.
– first line of the ICT support, i.e. User Support.
1.2. The Data Management Unit
The Data Management Unit in the Operations Department supports Eurojust mission by providing tools for operational work. This includes:
– The management of all operational tools, data sources and systems;
– The IT programme management for internal and external projects, including interoperability with EU projects and Digitalisation of Justice;
– The data governance and strategy;
– The operation & organisation reporting and the support to operational work.
