Tendr na zajištění vysoce kvalitních služeb pro agenturu Frontex v oblasti zajišťování cest pro návraty podporované agenturou, a to uzavřením rámcové smlouvy s odbornou společností.
Tato společnost bude zajišťovat rezervace a vystavování letenek pro členské státy, které s podporou agentury Frontex organizují návraty (nucené i dobrovolné) prostřednictvím pravidelných leteckých spojů. Za tímto účelem bude muset dodavatel rovněž vytvořit a následně provozovat odpovídající rozhraní a propojení s místním IT systémem agentury Frontex, který slouží ke komunikaci a operacím spojeným s vystavováním letenek pro členské státy; to s sebou nese nutnost vývoje příslušného rozhraní mezi systémy dané společnosti a agentury Frontex.

Cizojazyčný popis

Frontex’s objective is to ensure high quality travel desk services for returns supported by the Agency, by concluding a framework contract with a professional company. The latter shall provide booking and ticketing services for Member States that organize (forced and voluntary) returns by scheduled flights with Frontex support. For this purpose, the contractor will also need to establish and further implement an adequate interface and interconnection with the local Frontex IT system used for contacts and ticketing operations with the Member States, which implies the need for IT development of appropriate interface between the systems of the company and Frontex.

The overall objective of this contract is to ensure the efficient, cost-effective and time-effective provision of
travel services for returns by scheduled flights supported by Frontex, through the provision of high quality travel
management services, in full compliance with the applicable legal and operational standards, by a professional
company, hereinafter ‘the travel agency’ or ‘the Contractor’. The latter shall provide booking and ticketing
services for Member States that organize return operations by scheduled flights with Frontex support.
Specific objectives:
1. Operational efficiency: to provide reliable and rapid booking and ticketing services for returns by
scheduled flights, including last-minute and complex routing, ensuring continuity of return operations
under tight timelines.
2. Cost effectiveness: to optimise the costs of return operations by implementing Frontex-negotiated rates
secured with agreements with partner airlines, providing access to competitive published fares and
proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities.
3. High responsiveness: to ensure 24/7 availability and timely responsiveness in managing urgent bookings,
changes and cancellations of travel arrangements and special cases.
4. Compliance: to ensure that all travel arrangements comply with relevant national, EU and international
legal requirements, including those on data protection.
