Frontex is looking to conclude a single FWC per following countries: Romania, Moldova, Hungary, Czechia and Slovakia, for the provision of professional, high-quality transportation car rental services providing different categories of cars for transportation of passengers.

The Contractor shall ensure the indicative yearly rental plan of Frontex, established for the different types of vehicles.
The Contractor shall ensure the capacity to provide under this FWC the following categories of vehicles for Frontex to rent, following the acquisition plan, as indicated in [ToR-2]:
a) Small transportation cars – minimum 4 passengers’ capacity (including a driver), 5 doors, and trunk space minimum 250 litres.
b) Transportation cars – minimum 5 passengers’ capacity (including a driver), 5 doors, and trunk space minimum 300 litres.
c) Minivans – with minimum 8 passengers’ capacity (including a driver) and trunk space minimum 300 litres.
